An avatar is supposed to represent onesself...i've always found it funny that people use someone of the opposite gender as their avatar...lots of "gender confusion" around here? But hey, if I were to use anyone of the fairer persuasion...it would definitely be Eva.

There is this saying "Noone looks good in yellow". Not long after Janie was born I had a very special picture of her wearing cute yellow pajamas and I remember thinking "well, I can't say noone looks good in yellow anymore". My ex took Janie to Colorado and I was separated from her for several months...Coldplay's song came out right about the same time and it became very special to me. I did all I could to move to Colorado to be close to my Janie. This song captures how I felt and still feel about my daughter and how I want to encourage and empower her for life. Coldplay - Yellow Look at the stars, Look how they shine for you, And everything you do, Yeah, they were all yellow. I came along, I wrote a song for you, And all the things you do, And it was called yellow. So then I took my turn, Oh what a thing to have done, And it was all yellow. Your skin Oh yeah, your skin and bones, Turn into something beautiful, You know, you know I love you so, You know I love you so. I swam across, I jumped across for you, Oh what a thing to do. Cos you were all yellow, I drew a line, I drew a line for you, Oh what a thing to do, And it was all yellow. Your skin, Oh yeah your skin and bones, Turn into something beautiful, And you know for you, I

There are a three reasons for your liking of this movie probably (even though it was done on a small budget). 1. No CGI at all. 2. The Punisher is not your typical superhero. He is not a mutant and has no special powers. He is an ex-special ops soldier turned vigilante. Where else do you find a "superhero" that kills the bad guys? 3. Thomas did alot of his own stunts. OK a fourth maybe... 4. Thomas Jane and Rebecca Romijn

I bought The Punisher DVD yesterday. No, not the stupid Dolf Lundgren one, but the excellent Thomas Jane one. A very cool movie, and the extras on the DVD are great behind the scenes stuff. I wanted to also share something that I am excited about....The Punisher 2 is in production with Thomas Jane as Frank Castle again.
