Doutzen sold her apartment in New York Victoria's Secret Model Sells in Chelsea Back in November, model Doutzen Kroes and her fianc� Sunnery James listed their Chelsea apartment at 121 West 15th Street one bedroom for $1.325M. The place just went into contract for the asking price, meaning some buyer really wanted the 1,050 square foot townhouse unit and its roof rights.
