I got up at 6:30 and had breakfast--an espresso macchiato and egg-white omelet with turkey and tomatoes...yum! I'm always concerned with being late, so I hurried out the door only to be the first arrival at work. Dominick and Meredith, our beauty team, worked their magic and transformed me for our morning press event. I had a quick photo op, a foam finger-poking war and interviews with Ale (Alessandra Ambrosio) at the Lexington Store for the launch of the Victoria's Secret Facebook Fan Page. It really doesn't feel like work when you get to play on Facebook all morning. Then we headed over to a meeting about the fashion show to surprise all the executives. You should have seen their faces when we walked in--they were shocked. I'd share more, but it's still top secret! I needed to re-energize since I was up so early, so I got a second cup of coffee and headed downtown. I've been searching for the perfect little sundress and a summer bag that works for traveling, so I walked around the West Village for awhile but had no luck. I met up with some girlfriends for lunch around 2, enjoyed the beautiful weather, and then it was back to hair and make-up at Ale's apartment for the Webby Awards. Victoria's Secret won the People's Choice Award for the video series from the fashion show, so Ale and I went to accept the award. I chose the most gorgeous slate grey Hervé Léger dress. I love Max Azria's designs. They always look amazing on and are perfect for any occasion. It was a fun day, but I couldn't wait to get into my bed. XOXO, Doutzen Kroes

Het is ook heel eng, voor zoveel mensen in je ondergoed. Ik heb er echt keihard aan gewerkt. Een sapdieet gevolgd en vooral veel getraind. 2x per dag naar de gym, dat houdt je niet een hele jaar vol. Ik vind touwtjespringen heel leuk,boxing gym, hardlopen, power yoga. Vroeger deed ik veel aan sport, korfbal,fanatiek schaatsen. Ik heb nog steeds een schaatskont:billen met veel spieren Er worden vaak vragen gesteld over je lichaam vind je dat lastig? Omdat ik een verschil maak tussen mezelf en me uiterlijk kan ik er goed tegen. Hoe ik ben is veel belangrijker, ik geloof in reincarnatie. Je krijgt een lichaam in dit leven, maar het is slechts een omhulsel van wat je bent. Ik heb heel veel mazzel dat ik er zo uitzie. ik heb waarschijnlijk veel rare dingen meegemaakt in mijn vorige levens ! Wat vind jij mooi>? Het is een kwestie van houding en bewegen. Een vrouw met een mooi recht en elegant postuur kan bijna geen slecht lijf hebben. Als je je goed voelt in je lichaam en het mooi draagt, IS het ook mooi. Mijn zus is iets voller maar ze is ZO mooi, heeft zulke mooie vormen. Het is moeilijk om jezelf mooi te vinden. Je moet van je lichaam genieten, maar er is altijd wel iets wat je anders zou willen. Maar kijk uit, want straks ben je bejaard en heb je nooit genoten van je lichaam. Een perfect lichaam bestaat gewoon niet! Wie heeft volgends jou een mooi lichaam? Adriana L is echt een prachtige meiid. Ze is een vriendin van me en is nu zwanger van haar 1e kind. We kunnen heel goed met elkaar opschieten en respecteren elkaar. het helpt dat we geen concurrenten zijn, we zijn zo anders. En ik vind het lichaam van Gisele ook heel mooi. Weer heel anders, wat dunniger en taniger. Adriana is voller meer voluptueus Is het moeilijk oud te worden als je zo mooi bent? Ja, er wordt zoveel druk op je uitgeoefend om altijd mooi te zijn, dat ouder worden ook ongelukkig makt. Ach ik denk maar zo: Je kunt geluk niet uit materialistische dingen halen. i do think she cares maybe thats why there are rumours she want to stop working as model and come back to holland because she's not working the way she wants to work (she wants to work as a high fashion model for the big brands)

just look at adriana lima she switched from agency (from dnamodels to marylon agency) after that she's in the givenchy campaign, working in some high fashion magazines things she never could have done with her former agency (dnamodels) i dont say she should switch from agency ... but they should try a lil more for her whats next for doutzen ... in the wehkamp? i dont want her doing those kind of things like C&A etc. she got so much more potential for bigger things
