She's barely a model anymore. She's a glorified "groupie" now, let's be real. Her hair/wardrobe is not doing her any favors either. Seriously, what has happened to her?! She had an awesome year in 2012 and then her career plummeted. She needs new management ASAP. And it's no secret that VS dropped Barbara because she got out of shape. She was turned away at the VSFS casting; this was obvious since she confirmed to a fan account that she was hoping to be casted. We know thanks to her interviews that she LOVES to eat and only execises 10 mins a day with some exercise video that she finds on the internet ...She needs to sign up for a gym membership immediately at a really good place like Gotham Gym in NY ( where all the models incl Sara Sampaio go to) or even better hire a personal trainer( again like Sara Sampaio) and start an exercise and diet plan...VS Fashion Show is just around the corner and since Barbara Fialho (who is very very thin and lean) is the Fit Model again this year BP is going to be in a lot of trouble...Last year they completely covered her up with that awful Santa costume and even photoshopped a six-pack onto her VS Holiday pics...It is obvious VS LOVES girls who are really skinny and lean (Karlie,Behati,Lindsay,Ale,Magda,Toni etc) ......I don't want Barbara to be Karlie Kloss like skinny at all ....I really like her soft,womanly frame but I do want her to get some real definition and toning done...

I know this is not the most popular opinion here but I like her new hair colour( at least the way it looks under bright sunlight in that one Instagram pic)...it's not my favourite by any means but it is a million times better than the horrible washed up colour that she had this entire year (other than that one Valentine's week this year when it was all brown)....a dark reddish brunette is best for her BUT this blonde is better than the crappy messed-up version of ginger/blonde/brunette mix..... As for her hair I think only Barbara can be blamed for its current messy/ over processed/dry/damaged/ neither brown nor blonde/ uncombed like horrendous state...It is obvious that L'Oreal hates her bland blondish brassy hair...whenever she works with them they colour it and style it dark brown and super glossy...ALWAYS ..I have never seen a single print or ad campaign of Barbara for L'Oreal where she sported anything less than healthy looking brown or reddish brown hair...I think she likes it blondish..not L'Oreal...even last week it was L'Oreal who took the initiative and had it slightly trimmed from the ends and coloured a more flattering brown less than 24 hrs before she worked with them in Paris...judging by how L'Oreal rushed her into a salon at the last minute and had it cut and styled and coloured a different colour we can determine exactly how they feel about it.... :yuckky: :yuckky: :yuckky: Yes,she confessed once that her contract forbids her to cut it really short the way she really wants to ( chin length ,boyish and even shorter than Karlie Kloss's which even I agree would look awful on her :blueeyedbaby: :neo2: ) but I am sure lobbing off a few inches to give it much needed body and movement shoud be fine !!!! I think calling the current state of her modelling portfolio "below average even" is a huge compliment and is not at all deserving of the statement...Her career really went from bad to worse to worst ...seriously....I didn't think it could get more worse considering the mediocre brands she was involved with for the past year but it really did.....Let the brand names speak for themselves and boy do they scream.....or more like squeak !!!!
