I don't think Milan will hire Hitzfield, Galliani (the president of milan) said they are only hiring ex-milan players to be there head coach for now on. So I see Van Basten or Rijkaard, as there next coach, even though Hitzfield would be better for the job What's with that policy anyway? Rather stupid if you ask me. Van Basten is good (Y) But I don't rate Rijkaard at all. I'm pretty sure I could do a better job if I had control of that squad! (just kidding but you get my point) What about Gullit? Maldini will be given a chance at the backroom I assume?! That policy is stupid and Maldini says he does not want to get into coaching after he retires but I can see Baresi as a Milan coach in the future Ed thanks for the highlights

To cheer you up, here is a vid from last year's match: http://rapidshare.de/files/7915406/Totti__..._casa_.avi.html I laughed so hard when I saw this on tv, it hurt. That's from two years ago, when Roma was actually half decent, I remeber watching that game cause when Cassano scored, the whole team sat in a circle and pretended to play cards, that was hilarious

Too right (Y) He got it right in the first half, and normally in matches of significance, let alone a European Cup final, you switch to a more defensive system after being 2-0 up let alone 3. You want to change the system at that point. Fair enough if you want to play out the first 45, but I was suprised that Milan came out after half-time playing the way they did in the first half. To think they didn't do anything after 1 Liverpool goal was suprising. After 2 was absurd, and after the 3rd, well it was just ridiculous. Milan have such a great squad, but Ancelotti doesn't utilise his squad to it's full potential. That's why I don't rate him as a coach. (N) I 100% agree with you

Fiorentina was nearly relagated last year, I believe they were 15th or 16th last year, but this year after the game with Milan, they are now tied with Milan in 2nd standings: http://www.goal.com/DWH_standings.aspx?idTorneo=35 I agree wth you, its time for Ancelotti to go, he made stupid subs today, especially when he took off Kaka for Inzaghi, I don't think they had one shot on goal after that. He should have taken off Sheva for Inzaghi, as it was Sheva's first game in a month in a half, and he looked tired at the end of the game. Ancelotti also made stupid decisions in Istanbul (against Liverpool), he souldn't have taken off Crespo, and he should have brought in another midfielder or defender after they were 3-0 up. If Capello or Lippi were coaching Milan, they would win a trophey every year, and they would not have lost that final

argument? . . . i'm not arguing. i'm just having a football chat. people are bound to have different opinions and it's all light-hearted . . . i don't really see it as an argument personally. dunno . . . i think that it is unfair to say that. didn't he score against Man Utd last season. he still has an amazing goal ratio though and along with Diego Forlan scored the most goals in Europe last season. personally i don't really rate Shevchenko that highly. personally i think that Henry, Adriano and Eto'o are better i get that you think otherwise which is fair enough. I can see what your saying, but I'm just stubborn, and I can't stand Arsenal maybe if Henry goes to Barcelona next year, I might start liking him a little bit more

Since 2005 is coming to an end, what are your guys team of the year? Mine is: -----------Dida------------ Puyol-Nesta-Terry-Maldini ----------Gerrard----------- Kaka-Ronaldinho-Lampard ----Shevchenko-Eto'o----- Dida: He kept Milan in every game last year, and was the MVP of Milan last year, big and agile and a penalty shot expert (except against Liverpool last year) Puyol: a bulldog in the back, tough tackling, and great reader of the game Nesta: the best defender in the world right now. Fast, reads the game brilliantlly, and the best tackler in the world Terry: can defend and also pop in a few goals. Chelsea great defensive record was mostly due to him Maldini: A living Legend. At 38 he still one of the best. It's a shame that he never won the ballon d'or Gerrard: Led Liverpool by example, can score and defened. He's just clutch, as he scores all of Liverpool's big goals Kaka: The best counter attacking player in the world. I don't think any one can stop him once he has space to run. He starts all of Milan's attacks, and he's only 23. Will win the ballon d'or in 1 or 2 years Ronaldinho: The most exciting player in the world. An absolute magician with the ball, as he pulls of moves people can't even think of Lampard: Leads the premier league in goals from midfield. Oh, and he can defend too. Sheva: can score with either foot or his head, sets up goals, dribble by players, and hold up the ball. The most complete striker in the game. Eto'o: he just scores goals, and lots of them
