Better than Nesta? HA! Never! Ferdinand does have the skill, but he's really arrogant, and that's why he can't be that great. He thinks too highly of himself. If he'd just put his head down and put in the hard yards and combine that with his skill he'd be a pretty good player. I still rate him as good, but not Nesta good Sorry Nesta would not last a minute in the Prem, excellent defender but plays a different game. Rio is second best defender in UK after Terry. Nesta is the best defender in the world, how wouldn't he last in the EPL I recall Chelsea trying to buy him for 50 million, but Milan wouldn't sell him. If Nesta played for Man U, they'd have a better goals against than Chelsea

Thanks Ed Did Xabi Alonso first goal take a deflection? If not it was a beauty The last game before the winter break Milan kept switching back and forth between a 4-3-1-2 and a 4-4-2, and it worked as it allowed Kaka to get open. They'll probally do the same thing today

It looks like Ancelotti is slowly learning He's changing to a 4-4-2 for the Parma game with Kaka playing on the right wing

Liverpool made a comeback That's not the first time they have comeback and won <_< MWAHAHAHAHAHA I'm chuffed! I was trying to be optimistic and I was thinking 3-3 and a replay would be good enough! Oh Xabi and Sinama, how do I love thee? Let me count the ways :wub2: I'm downloading the match. All credit to Luton of course! Can you post the highlights, if you have them

Yep. a top top signing. Along with Vidic (who many clubs have tracked for last 3-4 years) he will help make the United defence one of the strongest units in Europe... at last! United need a couple of very strong midfielders now as the final pieces in the current jigsaw in order to get anywhere near Chelskum's consistency. I was hoping they would go for Gattuso, but not likely. Zokora is possible prospect but not sure if he can make the step up. Gravesen is being talked about, and to be honest have not seen much of him since moved to Real Madrid - so jury is out on him. There is a real lack of Roy Keane type all action midfielders in the current game - any upcoming talent? You're a Manyo supprter huh? <_< I'm a Liverpool supporter I'll try to make unbiased comments on Manyoo... no guarantees though Evra and Henize are great. Gary Neville sucks, get a better right back. I have no idea how he's in the England or Manyoo squads. Dump Brown and Silvestre. They're squad players. Vidic and Ferdinand are good. O'Shea is a bit part player and Fortune, he has no skill. He just fouls day and night. Midfield: Smith is not a midfielder! Fletcher also has to go. Liam Miller is gone already? He looked good with the Hoops, but haven't seen him at Old Trafford. Play Park Ji Sung a lot more and give Giggs a rest. You're right, you'll need some good mids sooner or later. Forwards: Though I hate Horseface and Shrek, I must admit that they are good. No need to change there. Get rid of Saha. Manager: Tell Queiroz to shut up and replace Fergie with Hitzfeld or Capello. Continue playing a 4-4-2 or 4-4-1-1 and everything should be fine and dandy. I reckon Fergie way past his prime. No point appealing to his past glories. That won't get you anywhere if he keeps playing crappy formations. so yes, That is my somewhat "fair" assessment Ed your dead on about everything except Ferdinand Man U need central mids, especially a creative one (Ballack), Fletcher sucks and Smith has to go back to playing forward Gattuso nearly left Milan in the summer to join Man U but now he says he wants to end his career with Milan Silvestre is horrible, he makes one stupid mistake a game and Ferdinand is over-rated, I remember when people were saying he's better than Nesta Heinze is there best defender, and I like Evra. Is Vidic good? All I know is Man U and Fiorentina were trying to sign him

That was an awsome game, only the USC-Notre Dame game was more exciting How good is Vince Young, he is the only reason Texas won It was the first time I've seen Texas play this year and he is the real deal, if he goes to the NFL this year he deserves to go ahead of Reggie Bush or Matt Leinart

what position does Kromkamp and Agger play? Liverpool will be a better team without Traore

True and he's not going to have Moggi doing his dirty work either Mourinho and Benitez are good coaches, but I still think Capello is tactically superior to them both Italy is tactically the best league so he has an advantage

I'd still choose Barca if I were him. Just because they attack and hold the same values as Arsenal. And you get to reap misery on Chelsea Of course Barca is the better choice if he decides to leave. btw I remember when Rivaldo left Barca (shame on the managers of Barca ) he promised he won't go to Real and he kept his promise. Henry will go to Barca next season, as he will not be able to win anything else with Arsenal

Why would he leave Juve? He says he wants to make it in the Premiership. Where else to stamp you're authority than on a not-so-tactical lead? If you are the tactically one of the best in Italy, then (provided you understand the nature of the game) you can be one of the best anywhere else. That's the way I see it p.s. shouldn't your title say Furry fury?! :lost: You have a point there. Also he is a spainsh champ, an italian champ -> he might want to be an english champ too. yes I think he wants to collect the trio, but he'll have to pit himself against the likes of Rafa and Mourinho. Capello would make Manyoo into a great team, and you'd see the dominance of English clubs in Europe again I reckon. And if Hitzfeld goes to Real, we're in for a real treat. Juve, Milan and Inter will keep thriving. And they might hire Hiddink too (Y) Capello always leaves after he finds it to easy If Capello goes to Man U, they will win the EPL by his second year Every club he has went to has won Milan, Real, Juve, and even Roma If you can guide Roma to a championship, you can guide anyone, but Roma did have a good team that year (Batigol)
