@patt I didnt know vogue had called her that. But I'm going to take Adriana's word for it instead that she wants to keep working. I think when she left VS since it became a big deal of Adriana leaving, alot of people thought she was retiring. But i have only noticed that on comments. I know last year in a BCBG interview she even said, that a lot of people seem to think she retired when she left VS but that she wanted to clarify that is not the case. And like i mentioned earlier, Adriana had made it very clear during COVID that she wants to keep working we just haven't seen any new work from her.

@patt Yes her work slowed down drastically with covid. While yes other models have done things. Who knows what exactly the reasons are, but i think the no agency prob plays a role. But like i said, we know she has traveled during COVID and it wasn't vacations so I would assume she at least has something coming out sometime. I do understand your impatience but to assume she has decided to retire suddenly, is a stretch imo.

@Sophie20 She did not go on that trip from what i have seen (no stories of her there and she posted from Miami once they had already left). Her not going to Debbies birthday trip or whatever, made me think maybe she is busy. Also, it looks like Marko had their daughters this weekend.

@patt I would assume so if she told us about the no agency thing. I doubt she is retired. sure she has not released any new work since covid, but well it is covid. Also that is not to say she has not worked all through covid. i mean we did see her travel a few times and keep in mind, most things take at least a few months to release usually. if she were retired, she wouldnt have talked about looking forward to working with people on that no agency post. Plus she has mentioned numerous times all covid that she misses work and stuff.

Well Adriana has said she’s more a of a home person. And she does seem to be extra for holidays and their birthday parties so I’m not sure it’s that she’s just trying to be strict and boring. But currently, I don’t blame Adriana with COVID going on. I actually don’t like how much marko has them everywhere with a lot of people. Like back when quarantine was starting, I remember he took them on vacation to like Colorado or something.

To me it seems Adriana doesn’t go out with them that much in general, while I always see Marko posting them at restaurants, taking them on vacations, boats and stuff. I think Adriana prefers hanging out with her usual friends and they hang out with her friends kids. But I do find it weird sometimes Adriana is out and doesn’t take them to something like super bowl this year.

I had the same question. It looks like that’s the case from the video you shared. He customs cars so I don’t understand who wouldn’t get things to their own taste when getting a car customization. The other possibility I thought could be that Adriana took her car to customize there and he decided to make that ad to use her name, but Adriana doesn’t have a 4x4 G wagon just the G class to my knowledge

It’s not the company’s car tho. It’s a Mercedes. I believe they just do customs on cars.

Through her later career, she’s had that same jet black hair color I think. The only difference I’d say is she is currently pale and doesn’t tan that much anymore which I think is what makes it look more harsh now as you described it

Well maybe not new as in today new. But certainly within the last couple weeks seeing that her hair is black. Why do you say it can’t be today tho?

She announced that she doesn’t have a modeling agency anymore. That it’s been that way since like 2018. And that things she did last year she got on her own like Vogue Spain/Arabia. That she plans to continue to manage her own career. And she added at the end that she’s looking forward to working with more people and that they know how to find her.

I think it was really just the same like 3 friends she was always with in their house or her house. But we never saw her not practicing social distancing out in public before things opened up.The only thing I thought was wrong was her bday party. I like others don’t understand what she means by been on her own since 2018. Because Chris was still accompanying her to things in 2018, like that Puma class thing she did for influencers in Miami in Decemberish. Chris was also at that fashion awards thing with her in 2019 as someone mentioned. She signed with CAA in 2019. And Andrea was still working with her up until most recently going with her to Vanity Fair and Qatar. So I really don’t understand this been by herself since 2018 thing. Maybe she just meant that she didn’t have a modeling agency since then because it appears she left The Society late 2018 or early 2019. I would have a hard time believing she got a Puma contract on her own because that’s a big contract. I actually think she was trying to say the period between 2019 and currently.

Well I wouldn’t say she was having parties during the pandemic other than her birthday. Which was wrong and prob why she didn’t post about it. But other things she was just hanging out at her house with the same couple friends. What I meant by her appearing to want to cancel herself, was all the idiotic conspiracy things. And that repost making people believe she’s a trump supporter. She doesn’t seem to think about how people will interpret things. Yeah the email... she needs to change. No one should put their age on their business email. But who knows when she’ll figure it out. I wanted to be positive about her deciding to manage her own career. But if she can’t figure out things as small as an email, then I’m not sure I can see her figuring all that out.

Agree. If Adriana doesn’t want to sorround herself around people in the industry and live in Miami where no one important in fashion really is, great she can live as she pleases. But this only seeing people from the industry thing expect while working/events, is not going to work to get her jobs. And now that you mention her working on her own line, I agree it could be too much work for her managing everything.

Andrea I believe is still her publicist. Notice how all last year when we didn’t know about Adriana’s status regarding an agency, Andrea was always there with her on shoots/events.
