I'm thinking it was to flip? Because they didnt even live there what 2 months (off & on) (even after the house was built we always saw the family in Boston).. and they're reportedly going to make 10 million profit. I've read Gisele likes to flip houses, maybe that was her intention all along? Glamurama who confirmed the news months ago, even said Architectural Digest was a real estate ad (not showing off their home, lol) I think I'm on to ya Gi.... With all this publicity the interest is definitely going to be greater.
