when you open the program that the bluettoth works with,you can activate it from there or deactivated..

what does it say on the bluetooth device?.. or you can connect the bluetooth on the pc (usb) and then insert the Windows cd ... it will automaticly install the drivers.But don`t press anything.it will install the drivers alone... i`ve done that to my laptop,because i ddin`t had the drivers from the bluetooth too ..

it depends on what bluetooth do you have and for what do you want it to use.. phone,mouse,keyboard... look at the bluetooth`s model and serial number and search on google...
