I think her point was to say that she's clearly a fan and so even if you disagree with her it doesn't make sense to act as though she's just looking for a reason to hate on Adriana. No one is claiming Adriana needs to come on bellazon for advice. But the people that have been on here for a long time have said that her team has come on here frequently and read the comments. Why do you have an issue with fans of hers that are concerned for her well being voicing how concerned they are in hopes that it registers with her? Let it be.

I just did a little bit of stalking on instagram. I don't think he's that cute but he definitely has the type of look that she's into, and he does seem very masculine. I like his feed though. And his relationship with his daughter is endearing. How long has he been her agent? Just curious.

If you think that ANYONE on this forum that is a fan of hers is calling her a "slut" you would be incorrect. Most of us have conceded to the idea that it is inappropriate to hold men and women to a different standard, and I've even gone on to say, if she's looking to have sex with several different men a night, it's on her. What has disappointed most of her fans is that she is a person that puts herself on a pedestal as being the pillar of integrity and values as it relates to men and being independent from them. Most of the people on here have been fans of hers for over half a decade. Surely they aren't upset by something so frivolous as sex. I disagree with your premise of even having to point out 'just because they kiss doesn't mean they have sex', who cares? None of us have said we would be more or less disappointed based on whether she has sex with him or not. That is not the issue. I know you didn't intend to, but please don't conflate the reason why people are disappointed with this accusation of our being taken back by her having sex or not having sex with another person.

The user that told me about it posts on here often! So hopefully she'll see this and provide more insight. I'm not personally sure exactly who he is except I was told that he is her cousin. There was someone in Brazil that gave insight into this fight, and Adriana unfollowed david on instagram and stopped talking to him completely. (If I am getting this story wrong, which I probably am, please correct me!) I agree. She always posts these quotes about being strong and independent and what a man should be and etc. But right now it seems like she's settling with anyone that is somewhat high profile and wants to be with her. It's super disappointing. I know how long you and others on this website have been fans. I haven't followed her career for as long but I'm pretty disappointed so I can only imagine. It's kind of a let down. Most of my friends clown me for being such a huge fan of a model and are always like 'she's a model, literally, just a model, why do you care so much'. But really much of the enjoyment of following her career has been being able to see how she differs from most models and has a large personality and tries to highlight what's *actually* important. But it seems now like it's just talking points, and there is some credibility to the assertion that she's kind of dim. I hear you. I feel like we've spent the entire day saying the same thing over and over today but I really am shocked because of what Souled-Out pointed out, yes it's typical behavior, but this fast? Insane.

Yeah but maybe the version of her that we've perceived is a lie. Like you all say, this is nothing new? And she does the same thing all the time. She is guilty of representing herself as being this strong, independent, virtuous, moral, etc woman. But maybe she is just delusional and doesn't see how she contradicts what she preaches. Who knows? But it doesn't seem like this is something new for her, and if anything it's probably just a reality check for us. A poster on here told me a story about how she stopped talking to her cousin David over something apparently stupid. The user had some insight into the fact that it was over a fight, and apparently this made the user think a little bit less of her. I'm starting to wonder if that speaks to how stubborn she is and how thin skinned she is that she can't handle anyone even pointing out that she's on the wrong track. Who knows? I would like to think that Andrea at least has reason to try and explain to Adriana that she might want to protect her public image. Like I said that video looks like someone that is a complete mess. I hate to say it because you guys know that I feel julian is a total douche, but clearly she is devastated. And needs to prove something. Unfortunately she's just proving that you can be 35 and still be 15 mentally and emotionally. I don't even know if I can say anything more about this. I'm reading all these comments on instagram that are extremely harsh, but I'm noticing how most Adriana pages aren't even responding to the criticism. It's because they literally can't, no matter how ugly the words. She's beyond being able to defend. It is what it is.

I don't think anyone is defending Julian in hopes of propping him up as a GOOD person. I think he was a mistake also, but it just seems like a lot of the criticism of him can also be applied to her. I agree with the rest of your post, but also feel that her career on it's own isn't enough for many people to really be a 'fan' of hers. Yes she's beautiful, but there are a million beautiful faces. It's really what she represented herself as that make people on here visit this forum daily. IMO. Her career is a lot of VS work, and some impressive contracts/work. I'm not minimizing it, just saying, a large part of her following has been about 'the person'.

I actually just watched the video from page six of her and matt, oh god. Even outside of what we know of her, she just looks like she's spiraling down even in that video... the smoking coupled with the fact that she and julian publicly split during just this month it all just looks like someone who feels their life is spinning out of control... I think she is feeling the split from Julian HARD. And she is more self destructive than ever. It's kind of sad. It feels like she wanted to put on this show to combat the story put out by TMZ, but it only makes her look like she's a serial "athlete jockey"? It doesn't look the way she might want it to. It seems like she maybe wants people to think Julian didn't dump her and she has already moved on.

I take issue with the urge people have to imply that men and women should hold themselves to different standards when it comes to relationships or sex. I care less about her being a woman and having to hold true to the ideal of what people should think women should be. However, the reason adriana has 500 instagram accounts dedicated to her is because women do hold her as being a role model. Girls especially. And I think it's fair to criticize her behavior in that light. I'm always confused by what she says vs how she acts. Like remember that GQ interview where she denied having said later that she was a virgin but that she thinks it's a good message for women anyway? She has apprently stopped caring about what kind of example she sets. I don't care if you sleep with 100 different guys a month. But then don't present yourself as someone who cares deeply about being virtuous? Be who you are. Adriana has always given us the impression she is strong, moral, and full of values. It's getting harder to believe that. Also, weren't we criticizing Julian for being the kind of guy that sleeps around but then we excused it because he was "young"? I'm not going to say there's something wrong with sleeping around. To each their own. That is exactly what she is doing and presenting herself as doing though. And she should stop sending hypocritical messages to people that look up to her. Again, be who you are. Don't preach and not practice??? I don't know it's so disappointing because it's *her*. I'm a fan of other celebrities and I wouldn't be surprised if they did this but I wouldn't care. Because they don't sell themselves as something different. The reason adriana fans are rigorous about how much they like her is because she always gave them a reason. It was about character and respect.

She just doesn't get it. Hopefully you posting it here maybe means someone from her team will see it (if they have accounts-- since it's a private board now). The Julian fans have already begun... At this point though she maybe doesn't care about scrutiny and is more concerned with trying to make herself feel better via declarations of what she deserves/needs. Let's hope this was the last post of that sort.

@Souled-Out I agree with much of what you said and also disagree. I don't think that there is a proven direct correlation between Adriana modeling for VS swim/Lingerie and sales not dropping, there are several market factors that go into this, and correlating on the basis of an event doesn't make a lot of sense to me. It's no secret that she is their best known and most adored model, but it's pretty hard to calculate something like that with certainty when you consider all the factors in play. I do agree though that they make very confusing and inconsistent choices. It's hard to reconcile some of these as a fan. For example, I don't even like the fact that they have 15 angels now and as a result for a couple years, Adriana has been getting only two outfits. I don't like the attention they give to social media girls like Gigi and Kendall, but the reason why is very transparent. They need the press and are primarily concerned about the business. As a fan I am super annoyed by this, I don't care about VS really, just Adriana. But if I try to look at this objectively, I can understand how they might want to give lesser known models the spotlight in hopes of boosting their popularity, since they're younger and bound to be around. I remember when they let Candice open the show for the first time and she fell flat (to her credit she has become so much better), I felt that even though she was being used quite a lot, they really jumped the gun on when they allowed her to open-- and then for years after it seemed like VS was largely the Candice show. but moves like this speak to sustaining a brand. I also think the same about PR events. With something as huge as a store opening in China, they're going to want the longest serving model that is with the company and a brand on her own. I don't think that company execs look at fairness in the same way that we might. To them, she is being paid the big bucks and if PR is where their strategy places her-- that's the route they'll go. I have been disappointed too by the lackluster outfits they give her (and just the production of the show in general). That part I don't really understand and do agree with you on. I mean, sure give the other girls great outfits and coverage because you want to boost their popularity, but why give her complete crap? Haha. I don't think they intentionally do it but it's kind of bizarre. She pulls it off so it's no problem but remember the blue and orange cape thing they gave her? LOL. Or even the outfit in the last show where she walked in the segment with the Weeknd. It doesn't look that bad when she's wearing it because she makes anything work. But they are hideous. I also have this theory that they pay attention to how outfits fit on certain models more so than others, and compliment that by picking outfits that really WORK for them. It seems like they really customize what they give Candice (in most vsfs segments - not all, but most) to really highlight her amazing body. With Adriana, they give her outfits that accent her her body fully the year where she's coming off her pregnancy (that red outfit) but then the rest of the years following, there is always one outfit where you're like ???? why! The reason I bring up VS Lingerie and am confused about that is because it's harder to see how that's a business decision that is saving them a ton of money or time. They have so many girls that all look the same in the VS catalog... surely a few photos of Adriana in there in lingerie can't really hurt, and isn't taking away from exposure of the other girls. It's also not that tough to shoot. It kind of makes me wonder a bit. Especially since Adriana keeps referencing that she wants to stick around until she's 40. What will they have her do for the next 4-5 years? Haha

I probably don't know enough about VS because it's news to me that they would leave Adriana out of shooting VS lingerie. Why?! Since they don't have swimwear anymore-- what does she shoot? Just VSX/sport? I know they use her for events and what not but she still looks great in photoshoots and her body, although it's not my favorite among the VS girls, is still on point. Didn't someone on here mention that she commented somewhere that she misses shooting VS lingerie? Why won't they let her. I know we're all over this, at this point, but yes - exactly THIS. I found it funny that they got more attention for breaking up than they ever did for being a couple.

Sometimes these pages dedicated to sharing night life events /happenings are accurate but this twitter is kind of all over the place. Like what has already been said, it hasn't been promoted anywhere else. So most probably it's not true. Is she in NY right now?

I don't look at the comments on Julian's page as often. But I have once in a while and he posts things like "be careful" or weird emojis and messages about how she'll never care about him as much as she does him... His behavior is textbook mentally ill/mal adjusted stalker waiting to strike. I don't know.

I wasn't referring to which location or market is more relevant. From my understanding, Adriana was going to be the only person scheduled for Singapore. Whereas China had another big name (Ale, even if she is not as popular), and the rest of my post is meant to fit in this context. I figured they'd be more worried about having to replace her for Singapore and not have any big names there at all. Whereas China...they have at least one.

I'm not sure if this is an appropriate topic for the GD thread but it does relate to her quite directly. I won't post his username but is anyone familiar with this Brett guy that comments on her instagram? He comments on every photo of her, Photos posted by people that are associated to her...and he comments on everything through this delusion of knowing her. He even posts photos of her saying "mine!" (It's creepy in context of everything else he does) and used to link to some webpage of his where he would have stories about him and Adriana. I know he's just a crazed fan, and statistically it's no big deal. But if you look into cases about people that are obsessed with celebrities and escalate their behavior to stalking or even worse... He exhibits a lot of these traits. Even if you look at his page, there's just this creepy vibe. And the comments that he makes...he's actually delusional and comments fifty times on each photo and it's like he just waits for her to post and then talks to her and himself. All of his comments imply that she owes him something or that they're together and she's cheating. And not just in that playful way of how a female might comment on a photo of Ryan gosling with a woman and say "he's cheating on me!" Again, I know this is not a new phenomenon and I'm sure more famous celebrities experience it in higher numbers. But it troubles me because his apparent persona and behavior compares almost exactly to psychos that have really taken it there. He already lives in Jacksonville and recently has been even making threats about moving close to her in Miami and going apartment shopping. Idk. It's troubling.

Assuming she'll do Singapore, it seems like maybe it's just some sort of logistical issue spanning through the 8th. I don't think it would be health related, just a conflict with timing with maybe something personal. Or maybe we're wrong and it is work related. I don't think so for the reasons I've outlined. And Adriana is definitely the headliner but it's not like VS hasn't been pushing the newer models. They give Josephine a lot of press and strategically, thinking about the future, it might not be all bad for them to use Josephine. I'm not saying they prefer it. But maybe they would be more "ok" with Adriana having a work related conflict given that they will still have Alessandra there (the Chinese fans did vote for her to be there as well). Not to mention if it's work related and something huge that gives her more exposure, it would be huge for vs too. She is a large part of their brand. Could be a worthy trade off. Singapore I think Adriana is doing herself (?) and maybe that's more relevant to them.
