Sorry, that was my mistake! This picture is actually from Bergdorf Goodman and Chanel's 'Off the Street' Runway Show and Gala to Benefit the Citizen's Committee for Children of New York Adolescent Alternatives on September 12, 1991, at Industria Superstudio in New York City, New York. Linda, Karen and Elle Macpherson also took part in this show.

If I'm not mistaken, the music was by Michel Gaubert, a Paris-based sound illustrator working in the field of fashion. He crafts custom runway soundtracks, playlists and compilations for a portfolio of prestigious and avant-garde clients that include fashion houses from Paris, Milan, London and New York from Raf Simons, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Valentino and Chanel to Proenza Schouler, JW Anderson, Jeremy Scott and Anthony Vaccarello. Regarding the video, I have only found a little segment of Karen in her first outfit on Facebook. The credit goes to @unforgettable_runway on Instagram, so he/she might have the whole show with an original soundtrack. jeremy-scott-ss-2000.mp4 And here's a picture of Jeremy and Karen at the end of the show from my archives.
