I only have Todd Oldham Fall 1994 from the Fall list. I'll try to post pictures soon. The rest is incredibly hard to find in high resolution, especially early Cavalli shows. Maybe one day I will add it to my collections. Ah, I completely forgot about Vassilios Kostetsos. He usually did two big haute couture fashion shows every year and has worked with the world's major super models such as Eva, Christy, Cindy, Carre Otis, Kate Moss, Karen Mulder and more. I think we should definitely add him to the Spring 1994 list.
