2006 and 2007 Our conferences are often run by young people for young people. Natalie Suliman ran her first anti gun crime conference when she was 17 and and it was covered by the ITN news. Since she has been employed by Listen Up to train a panel of young people to asess the Youth Opportunity Grants and help organize youth conferences like Our Time at the Emirates stadium with St Mary's young people. Under the leadership of Dean Josiah, a drama was produced called Outcast as part of the program to understand the pressures on young people growing up in Islington.
