I'd love to know what the models think, watching it at the viewing party and then seeing themselves for only a few seconds. I wonder if any keep track of who was shown for longer than them, and end up seething, all the while smiling of course.

WOW. For now I will just leave it at that... I'm not gonna mention the fact that a large portion of "The West" is obese SMH "Large Eyes" are overrated in my opinion, an Asian Woman with a Cat Eye is probably the fiercest thing I've ever seen on the planet. Just look at Maud Welzen walking in Pink she looks fucking deranged thanks to her "Large Eyes" I thought she was gonna stab someone. OMG that's hilarious. I find Barbara Fialho's large eyes a bit frightening as well...

I just want to rip that horrible feathery vest right off - those shoulders especially are so awful!!! It does nothing for her already stiff walk… But she is stunning in the backstage and other pics - thanks for posting

Yes - wow, way to make a comeback. I loved her in the 2011 show (Ballet :wub2: ) but underwhelmed in 2012. Though this year - incredible. Love how her body is soft and curvy, not like the other girls who've overdone it at the gym.

Absolutely gorgeous at VS. I've seen the video of full show and love how she handled Taylor slinking in front of her.

It's a bit of stretch to say VS could have chosen from 'hundreds' of girls of Indian background… I sure didn't see them in the casting videos

No problem It will be interesting to see how they edit it but it's nice seeing the girls walk uninterrupted from one camera angle. And her strange outfit grew on me, especially after seeing some of the others in that section.

Compared to previous years when she's been a highlight and fun presence backstage, this year I've barely seen backstage shots where she's even smiling. And no I don't expect her to smile all the time, but this year it's like she had no spark and no excitement. And I can't say it is due to her natural shyness, when she's been different in previous years. But I felt she delivered on the runway from the footage I've seen, one of the better walks in the ET segment. Her walk was pretty slow, which suited the music - other girls walked it too fast and it looked off. Agree elfstone she does athletic shoots well - and her VSX is her best work for VS.

Thanks Fwoosh I wonder what Taylor did in rehearsal then ...they do a rehearsal with the performers don't they? I'm impressed the models maintain their perfect faces trying to get around these people obstructing them, especially Elsa smiling as she squeezes past Ariana. And Blanca just waiting till Taylor has done her thing, then calmly walking past. I can't help but scowl a little if someone in front of me is zigzagging and getting in my way!

I wonder what the other taping was like for poor Blanca. Irina S - wow she is gorgeous. I'd be staring at her the whole way even if Ms Swift was doing the splits in the middle of the runway.

I think I know what you mean. I find her print work somewhat lacking and don't have wow moments. I thought she did well in VSFS this year on the runway (looked on the video which shows her full walk) but in a lot of the backstage pics and an interview I watched on Australian news, to me, she looked bored

Wish she'd gotten Adriana's fairy tale outfit instead of Jourdan - she would have been perfect for it. Thought she got one of the better outfits in the ET section though that section, apart from Ale and Adriana, was a bit of a mess.

I love how Iza gives her whole repertoire of poses for the producers to choose from, in real time slo-mo too! Very thoughtful of her. I mean, why just do one pose when you can do three? And who about cares if there's a queue forming behind her, right?!

Well in the end, she got one of the better outfits in the Exotic Travellers section (loved Adriana and Ale, Lais and Kelly's as well) - what a poorly executed segment that was Wish she'd done her booty shake like in the little rehearsal video - from footage I've seen of one of the shows, she didn't do that but it would have given Izabel a run for her money. Looks tired and gaunt in the photos with Tyson though.

The fact people were questioning whether Shanina's outfit was for Pink or Exotic Travellers says alot. The concern before was whether VS could keep from accidentally being offensive and culturally insensitive, but now it's more whether it just won't be tacky and horrendous. I can only hope that is the worst outfit in the segment (poor Shanina). I'd prefer it as a Pink outfit.

Agree, she looked fabulous there and was one of the standouts in the Calendar Girls segment. She seems fun and pleasant, so I'm sorry if this sounds mean, but I really hope she is not walking in FairyTale. That would be more Scary-Tale - sorry!

I think Barbara F looks better with a hat - Eiffel tower hat, clown hat, giant sun hat which I thought was her best look...
