Who is she, please?

I remember seeing this picture of a girl in a red tartan corset with matching underwear with black lace trim. She also had on black gloves and black stockings (and black hair). Does this ring a bell for anyone? I'm pretty sure she's not an unknown / random person. The outfit was pretty unique so I'm hoping someone will know who I'm talking about...

As the topic says, this ad is from People Magazine, August 2008 issue. It's the leading page of a multi-page Target ad. This girl is adorable and I'd love to know who she is.

Hello Everyone. I hope you're well. A while ago I posted a request asking if anyone was able to provide the name of the model I've attached. That wasn't successful. I'm still on the hunt for her name. I did a search online and the wedding images came up along with some of the usual images that I've seen. I've cropped each of the images so you can only see the best part of them I was hoping some of you here could tell me one way or the other if it's the same person.
