i got these from a complex magazine photo shoot online and i would really like to know who this is thanks

I can only assume this is a photoshopped picture. Can anyone tell me the name of the model? I would like to find an unaltered photo.

Dear all, this is my first post and I start with a request but I'm gonna start helping out as much as possible...
