Having first met as students at Gerrit Rietveld Academie in Amsterdam, Anuschka Blommers and Niels Schumm use the medium of photography to explore the spaces between what we see in an image and what we absorb from it. In doing so, they have established a reputation in the fashion world for their shifting perspectives and the interrogation of meaning and ambiguity in their work. Blommers and Schumm’s clients include Fantastic Man, AnOther, Vogue Netherlands, COS and Viktor and Rolf among many more.
