I didn't see anyone answering your question (I hope I was not blind! If so, please delete it.). I don't remember the date I found this offer on ebay (I didn't buy it because I decided to have a digital collection). At least you can see that it is the GQ Magazine September 1984.

In the depth of archive.org I just found this: Interview Magazine May 1984 (and January/February 1984). Unfortunately it is scanned in black and white and you can only take screenshots 😡. But at least now I know where this ebay-seller possibly took the advert from.

If the beautiful lips on the second picture belong to Renee? I think we will never know 🙂.
