Nina Ceynowa is a former top international fashion model that worked professionally during the 1980s-00s and was represented by WE (Paris), Eileen Green (London) and Fashion (Milan). Today she is Dr. Christina Segerholt and according to her resume, she continued modeling until 2010- for 28 years! Now that's what I call being a successful model...I guess being a doctor isn't too shabby either!
