According to Italian press, Eva gave birth to a boy on May, 30 in London. The name of the baby is Leo. Her boyfriend Matteo Cecarini published in his own twitter account "Oggi è un giorno che non dimenticherò" (which means "today is a day that I'll never forget"). Eva and Matteo have been together for 10 years now. Leo is her first child and the second one for Matteo, who has a daughter from another relationship. During her pregnancy, Eva was involved in a little controversy after posing nude for Vanity Fair (images posted by edidu on March 19, 2014).

She gave birth a month ago and her figure seems to be almost regained. It's amazing.

The beautiful young girl in the pic is Matteo's daughter, Virginia Beatrice (12). Is it just me or Virginia looks like Eva in an amazing way?

What a great family portrait! they seem so happy and relaxed! Virginia looks waaay more mature despite her age and she's so beautiful, but I don't see similarities with Eva!! ;-)
