When I first read it it sounds like a bad joke at first. Good think she didn't go to school here in North America. She'd be made fun of as a kid. Ivana Vancova Which country are you talking about with the naming convention, Jennka? Is it only for females born taht are given that name? What happens when a female gets married. Does she keep her family name or does she take her husband's name? Oh and to answer your question like i said all Easren Europen countrys & Russia have these last names for girls ending on "ova" and when she marries she takes her husband's last name but it changes again on Ova like for example The last name Ivanov for a guy when he marries the woman changes her last name (if she wants) to Ivanova.
