December 8, 201311 yr If you could turn a female supermodel into a superhero, who would you choose and what kind of power would she have? Also, what kind of Dolce & Gabbana outfit would you want to dress her?I feel like the look of models in the late 80s and 90s can be most closely associated with what a female superhero would look like, given the strength they all possessed, particularly Linda Evangelista. As for the power she would have, I would have to say something to do with her eyes, as they have their own kind of power. I’d imagine she could be dressed in something from Dolce & Gabbana’s S/S 2010 line, where many of the pieces looked like they could be repurposed into super hero attire.From an illustrator’s point of view, who is your favourite super hero aesthetically? Why? I would say Batman is most closely in tune with my aesthetic. Batman often has a film noir sort of look which I find inspiring.
