I hope this is the right place to ask, I'm desperate with this one. Every reverse image search I've done eventually tells me this is Portugese model/actress Daniela Ruah (and it does look like her, a bit) but there are no official results and every positive ID is from a dodgy website. If anyone can somehow help get a confirmed ID I'd be very grateful.

 

The image search function on this site isn't working for me right now so I couldn't utilize that.
