Marian Moneymaker

While in high school Marian Moneymaker had been asked to model in a local fashion show. It wasn’t until she was 30yrs old while working in a restaurant Marian was introduced to the Events Director at I. Magnin They loved her so much they booked her for all of their fashion shows. She eventually signed with an agent in San Fransisco who then sent her to NY to join the prestigious Eileen and Jerry Ford’s model agency. Marian would fly all over the country for bookings. Although Marian was working regularly she felt he had to leave the modeling world to raise her two young daughters as she was a single parent. Marian found herself being asked again by I. Magnum to work their fashion shows.. a young designer Donna Karan was launching her line, Marian was the model who opened her show. As Marian’s children grew up, she started taking more and more out of town bookings. Marian is now featured in the Miu Miu fall campaign which was shot by the infamous Steven Meisel. Marian is happily married and still lives on the West Coast.
