100% accurate in the case of the US. I think it's mainly because higher education is private/public and there is no quota like in other countries who limit the size of say, the number of people in this field or that based on the market size in their country. So what happens is that 60% + get a college degree and of course the human resources are mismatched with the economy, which is dystopian capitalist slave system which pays people as little as possible.

Also the statistics the gov't claims for unemployment are dubious, have been for decades. During the great recession/Obama recovery people struggled to believe the figures were real and not propaganda. Even 10% unemployment seemed 2 times too low. Also part time work re-classified as employment in the Obama years etc. to present the image of a 'recovery'. Overall information technology has decimated the middle class.

That's capitalism’s idea of fun, apparently.

I can’t think of anything more discouraging than graduating only to find yourself already hundreds of thousands of dollars in debt.

if someone graduates with half a million dollars + in debt and can't get a job except minimum wage because they chose the wrong major or had bad grades I think it might be more economical to commit suicide..

War or not, ratings are ratings. Donald peaked at 49%.

My tutors and teachers always emphasized networking as much as possible during school so that upon graduation you’re not starting from scratch. Building connections early can open doors and create opportunities that even good grades or attending an elite school might not guarantee.

Big day for Little Donny, he gets to meet his hero again!

All kidding aside, since an immediate ceasefire is off the table, he’ll probably have to make some kind of silly deal just to avoid looking weak. Most likely, he’ll ease some sanctions to keep negotiations going.

Most likely outcome: after the talks, he sides with Putin and blames Zelenskyy for the war.

Since Putin has an ICC arrest warrant that should get him locked up if he sets foot in the U.S., Donald could pull a total power move like: "Vladimir, the war ends today or we'll arrest you".

If that actually happens, I promise I’ll never say anything bad about Donald again.
