Mamen looking pretty, shopping with her brother just before the xmas season (love her boots, jacket & scarf but I hate the LV monogram bags all of them) ;)

EXACTLY what I was going to say! I can't stand all that monogrammed stuff...though I will say her choice here is better than most I've seen.

yes i love her scarf & her brother :nicole:

lol .. but her bag is not cool

i think Mamen is wearing the same style since 1999

i think she have to wear more styles & more colors .. do you guys agree ?!

Thnx Chic Chic !!!

I agree and disagree to some extent, she has said she loves black so I doubt we will see her in many colours unless she's on holiday. I think she prefers to go with what she is comfortable with rather than what the magazines says is the best look for Monday and the even better look for Tuesday. Her style is better now than 1999 back then if I look at her clothes she dressed older and much more conservative. You'll never see her in a mini skirt up to her ass and her boobs coming out of her dress balancing in 5 inch heels (THANK GOD ) but she needs to mix it up big time. Her dress sense can be boring, always in black or dark shades. I'd like to see her wear a wider range of designers not Versace/Cavalli that's not her maybe some Lanvin, Valentino, Armand Basi, Bottega Venetta or Armani they have really classy clothes with a touch of sexsexiness to it but she doesn't. And she said she tends to turn down most of the invites she gets to fashion awards/store openings etc because she only goes when it's a close friend and it's a favour and she and Raul prefer the quite/calm life (having dinner with friends at home/resturants etc). Hopefully 2009 she will get out and about a bit more and we can see a different look but I won't hold my breathe.

What! LV is awesome :D

Really   Marc Jacobs turned a classy & chic parisian label into an all american tacky look that is neither classy or chic just expensive! Ad Gucci too, have become so tacky who wants to walk around dressed like a COWBOY IN LONDON??

She says she's very masculine in her style she has 2 brothers and she never really played girlie games when she was younger. I would love to see her in dresses and girlie skirts too but hey her style is very relaxed and she's comfortable. Let's hope we see her at parties/weddings this year so we can see new looks :) .

I was talking about bags, I don't really follow their clothing lines :) I love the bags though.

I will be away for 2weeks or longer my grandfather just passed away this morning. Absolutely devastated

, my mum has been at work all day and doesn't know of her fathers passing yet. This isn't how I imagined my NY to begin but that's life, speak to you all when I return.

Oh no! So sorry to hear about your grandfather, Chic, terrible news for your family. :( We're thinking of you.
