I don't know if "famous" is the word, but I do think there's something to be said about photos that become part of an advertising campaign or that have been published by agencies. That is naturally going to occur more frequently if you're "famous" and getting more work. I don't think the Bellazon notice about underage models meant to imply that "all photos" regardless of source are prohibited. I would be very surprised if it did. The concept of young may vary from persone to person, but with this being mentioned in the "underage models" notice, the word "young" clearly referred to the therm "underage".
