Can you post content instead of "thanks" all the time? It's really annoying to get a notification just to see you post thanks. Is it really necessary? It's one thing if someone ID's a model request from you. But just general posting of "thanks" everywhere? Have a look at how many times you post that. Imo it's overkill. Please stop.

I find it hard to really say something meaningful to some content. Sure, I’ll stop with the “Thanks!”. 

Don't be too hard on @Ramsfan  His intentions are well-meaning: he just wants to show his appreciation to the folks that post content.

 

It's too bad BZ doesn't implement "Like" buttons... that would take care of the situation and would be a win-win for everyone.

A “Like” button would be great on here. I would constantly use it for sure. 
 

I am a poster that posts the same several phrases, because I am bad at criticizing models’ work. I am not the only one who does it though.

I know I know but still... we don't need that many thanks posts. I agree a "like' button would be great here though. If I said "thanks" every time I liked a post here you'd see a million of them.

I've refrained until I had to say something here and one other notorious BZer. The funny thing is they have good taste! I tend to like what they like too but... it's kind of a given! I'm a fan of when Ramsfan posts content. If there's nothing to say better not to say anything and just find some content to post. But, just an opinion and a friendly request. When you follow a thread and get a notification it's respectful to have posted content and not a random thank you imo.

@HoldecC  Agreed.  I will sometimes give a shout out if it's an epic post worthy of appreciation.  It's all about balance, and we have to use our best judgement.  For some threads, I change my follow notification to daily or even weekly, which can also help.

 

For what it's worth, @Ramsfan frequency of "thanks" on the model/celeb threads that I follow doesn't bother me at all.

For what it's worth it bothers me so much I think BZ should CHARGE a little tax each time someone posts just "thanks". Maybe money that goes to the site for support. If I knew that was happening then I probably wouldn't mind as much. Haha. Ok ok back on topic now. Sorry for bumping the thread without posting content. I know that's why we're here! The hypocrisy of my post is ironic and comical though.
