Been looking up some information about the magazine.  It seems to be designated specifically in multiple shopping centers around the UK.  The one you have is from Brent Cross.  There is another in Centrale Croydon and many others.

 

I think it is published at Axon Publishing.

So far I haven't got any closer to figuring out the model's name, but something about her does seem familiar for some reason.

I think I've found her name!  Through a lot of credit searching and the like, I think I've got it.
Her name is Katarina Nemcova of Milk Management.

She seems to mention the shoot on her instagram at least twice.

If anyone wants to double check me on that, go for it! I would feel better about this if I got a second opinion on this.  But I think it is Katarina Nemcova.

For my part, I think she looks like a brunette Armanda Barten.  They have similar features.
