IMO, this one: https://inflact.com/downloader/instagram/photo/ works much better. But there are plenty of others who work just as well, as long as the resolution is 1080x1350

I use https://igram.io/   For multi picture posts it grabs the whole set at once making it easy to download the set, so you can pick the ones you want.   Gives a choice of tresolution.

New Post on her Instagram.  Vid I think is with her husband.  Notes on the pics: How to get back to you again after almost a month))) I don’t know why I didn’t post this shoot - I really like it @loktevapro @ kochan.makeup

From her Instagram - I'm on TV😂See what happened) a new advertisement ‎‎@megafon‎‎ with me as a superhero girl😂 love this job, and I don't know how this casting went, because I always believed that I was not a sports person at all. But when I was sent auditions with the task of fighting and doing active physics in the frame, I liked beating imaginary enemies so much that I recorded these auditions for 4 hours and enjoyed every minute🙃and now I dream of playing a killer or a special agent. I look forward to your surprised and approving comments on the super jump
