Posted February 14, 201510 yr Spectre will be the twenty-fourth James Bond film produced by Eon Productions. It will be the second film in the series directed by Sam Mendes and will feature Daniel Craig in his fourth performance as James Bond with Christoph Waltz as Franz Oberhauser, Monica Bellucci as Lucia Sciarra and Léa Seydoux as Madeleine Swann. Spectre is scheduled to be released on 6 November 2015. Plot: A cryptic message from Bond's past sends him on a trail to uncover a sinister organization. While M battles political forces to keep the secret service alive, Bond peels back the layers of deceit to reveal the terrible truth behind SPECTRE.
February 14, 201510 yr Author I knew I wanted to see this from the moment I saw Christoph Waltz. I concur. Also, not only have I come to accept Mr. Craig as Bond, but I look forward to seeing him.
February 17, 201510 yr I concur. Also, not only have I come to accept Mr. Craig as Bond, but I look forward to seeing him. It looks like they're taking the 'Star Trek Into Darkness' route with Waltz, although I'd actually prefer him to play an unknown villain. Seems a bit soon to do Blofeld, what with Mike Myers' parody still fairly fresh in the memory. They'll have to make him an absolute fiend to give themselves a chance of reclaiming the character. I didn't care for any of the Pierce Brosnan movies bar 'Goldeneye' (and even that was mostly down to Famke Janssen's turn in it) so I may be biased, but for my money Craig is easily the best Bond since Sean Connery.
February 19, 201510 yr Author ^ Sir Connery IS Bond for me, but Craig is doing nicely. James Bond is our most elegant action hero, and it looks like Monica Bellucci will fit right into 007’s world. At a photo call in Rome on Wednesday, Bellucci posed alongside her Spectre co-star Daniel Craig, who plays the swanky secret agent for the fourth time in Sam Mendes’ upcoming film. Bellucci plays Bond’s love interest Lucia Sciarra and looked stunning in a curve-hugging, knee-length red dress and natural make-up, while Craig wore an impeccably tailored pinstripe suit. The actors posed for photographers on Rome’s Capitol Hill, where they met with mayor Ignazio Marino in anticipation of their upcoming film shoot. ''Spectre'' photocall, Rome, Feb 18 '15 (MQ)

July 22, 20159 yr New trailer appeared this morning. I like the fact that, unlike many trailers these days, it actually teases rather than giving the game away with spoiler-heavy clips.
October 2, 20159 yr Final trailer just landed. It pretty much showcases all the big action set pieces on offer.
October 30, 20159 yr I really want to see more of Batista. I hope he gets some good bits in this. Obviously it'll be a great film.
