Just one mentiion from a guy on twitter and the pic did not even fit the appearance of the party and doesn't she have problems getting in to the states at the moment She sure is very mobile though!!!! So i guess she could have went to Cairo then to the states quickly and then back to Cairo. I just personally think that was not the case and Bar usually dresses up (at least a bit) to go to these high proofile events(especially outside of Israel).
