It will find all the images across the web that match it. Sometimes, you get lucky and by reviewing the links, you get a name. I got a name for you on this woman (she's a headshot model...), but it's just a first name: REBECCA Found at one of the first websites returned: http://www.pazzaphoto.com/cleveland-headshot-photography/cleveland-headshot-photographer-model-headshot/ Ironically, someone else liked it so much they, as an artist in paint (watercolor??) attempted a painting of that image: http://quentinregnes.blogspot.com/2014/07/etude-dune-fille-8.html You'll have to take it from here. Remember the google link for unknown images. It's very powerful to find unknown models, or larger copies of small images.
