Could someone please identify the model who opens the show & appears at 00:21, as well as the model who appears at 4:00? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Zora Star is the one that opens.

They took it down. If you go to Getty images, you should be able to find images of it.

2 isn't Kylie.  Kylie's in that same show but has her hair in a bun.  This model looks slightly older.

 

I don't think 6 is Elsa.  They have similar looks, but Elsa's features seem different, and this model seems to have only been at Chanel shows.  

 

1 is I think a model by the name of Bianca Krizek, but I'm not 100% sure.  I'm pretty sure that 7 is Zdenka Barcalova, and 9 looks like Amber Valletta.

3. Might be Edda Petursdottir, but probably not if this is from 1999

Yeah, I think it was too early for 3 to be Edda.  I think I found this model's profile on FMD at one point but I can't remember her name.
