Found this Patrick Einhorn ad from 1986, photographed by Stéphane Najman. The model was named as ‘Griet’.

At first, I thought it was Griet Troch. But in 1986, she’d only be 9 years old.

I don’t think she’s black. Maybe latina / Mexican. I checked the magazine. The model was not named… only the photographer - Sergio Yazbek. I have sent him a message. Hope he still remembers this model. Mind you, 1984 was a long time ago!
