@armz1967 @missparker7 I would say it's Yasmin, her look is too unique to confuse her with anybody else 

I was looking at old issues of Vogue on ProQuest and came across this ad in the March 1998 issue of Vogue. I thought this might be Angie Everhart, but was told in her thread that it wasn't.
