Is this a newly revived  thread,or just the name changed ? I remember a thread I like where me and SL used to post pics of red carpet dresses there.

Edit:ok,I've just seen my posts here,the new name is better I think,it would be more general than limiting it to red carpet only.

I was hoping you all wouldn't mind since you've contributed so much to the thread. At first I was hesitant, but then I figured that it would be difficult to have a thread about great dresses and exclude special events. Then on top of that, I didn't want to be hypocritical by merging other people's simular threads and not my own .

 haahaha,no one would have blamed you.

 

Thanx Joe  for taking us all  in cnsideration ,and being grateful to our contributions .As I said,as for me,it's so ok,the theme of red carpet dresses which is my main interest in the thread still exists,so no problem.

 

Btw,the last big event of great dresses was Golden Globes event few days ago,I'll try to pick some and post here,I've watched the whole pics and dresses,they're really mostly miserable except few of Olivia Wilde and few others.

Strangely enough my favorite dress was Amy Poehler's . Well, I liked Lupita's too. Well, actually Poehler number 2. I kindof liked Amy Adams' but don't like the color combination for some reason.
 

Poehler's look was tres chic but ordinary somehow so that may be the reason to not be included in the 10 best dressed list,and as for the gorgeous Lupita,then you won't be surprised to know that her look was chosen to be the 1st on the 10th top dressed stars on the event.

Lupita(gorgeous new actress and her style captured me a lot,she's everywhere now),Emma Watson,Margot Robbie,Kate Beckinsale,Taylor Swift,Jennifer Lawrence( don't know why chosen,so many people has made and still making fun of her dress,and I agree with them),Olivia Wilde(the dress color is amazing),Naomi Watts,Maria Menounous,Kate Blanchett.

I think I agree about Adams' look,beautiful but the 2 degrees of red didn't appeal toether,I think that color combination is a trend as I can see it in more than one look here..

The most awful look was Zoe Saldana's.
