I see it more often (with Dutch model names) those Van, De, Van De, Van Der while it isn't nessesary. Translated to English 'van' means 'of', simple as that, 'de' is 'the', so you can already guess what 'van de' means.

Translated to English 'van' means 'of', simple as that, 'de' is 'the', so you can already guess what 'van de' means. that's the way her agency has it. i know dutch people mostly do it but that's the way her agency is branding her. a lot of times agencies change the spelling or stylization of a model's name to brand her better. i know Diana Sillaots used to book under Silloats because it was easier to pronounce her name right that way.
