She was named Juliet because the first play her parents worked on together was "Miss Julie". Her hair colour is dark brown, and her eye colour is blue. Her height is 5’7. Her favourite colour is Blue, and her favourite food is pasta. Her favourite movies are The Godfather and Dogday Afternoon. Her favourite books are Anna Karenina, and Jane Eyre, and many others as she loves books. Her parents are both very famous actors Barbara Bain, Martin Landau and her sister is producer Susan B. Landau. Juliet was raised in Southern California, before her family moved to London. She lived in London for 4 years as a child, which is how she learned the Cockney accent for Drusilla on Buffy the Vampire Slayer. She studied acting and classical ballet for 4 years at the American school in London, and made her living as a professional ballerina for 5 years, and then she went back to California at the age of 18, where she became a full time actress. Juliet’s film debut was in the movie “The Grifters” where she played a young Angelica Houston. One of her films after that “Ed Wood” she starred with her father, who won an Academy Award for his performance. Juliet caught the eye of lots of critics from her role as Loretta King. Joss Whedon, the creator of Buffy, spotted her in Ed Wood, and asked her to come in for a meeting about the character of Drusilla, as he had her in mind for the part. She took the role. A few years later, she returned on the spin off show from Buffy called Angel, Juliet was brought back by popular demand. She guest starred in a few more episodes of Buffy after that. Juliet’s hobbies are reading, going to the gym and dancing. She describes herself as “a fitness freak” Juliet currently lives in Los Angeles, USA.
