Id
You can use google to find mp3's. Try -inurl:htm -inurl:html intitle:"index of" mp3 "Band name/title"e.g., -inurl:htm -inurl:html intitle:"index of" mp3 "shut up"The above search gave hits such as this:http://72.14.207.104/search?q=cache:WuoeYV...us&ct=clnk&cd=4For hard to find files, give eMule a try. Rogue
I only buy albums from artists that I love or artists that I like that are starting out. I mean, many artists make a crap load of money and we already hear their songs on music channels, radios and what not.. if we wanted to we could just go out of our way to tape the ones we like - is that stealing!? This is stealing, but I sometimes copy my friends cds if they have something I like - at least an album was purchased. Anyways, I haven't downloaded music in a long time because I had a really shit computer.. but now that I have a new one I don't really know what to use I've become iffy about downloading since I first started with napster and kazaa, I never trusted them. These days I have no idea what to use. Someone pm if they know anything new and good.

mylovelyangel
Piracy warnings don't seem to stop anyone these days. They try to scare everyone but have you ever meet anyoe who has got caught? The only ones thta usually get caught are the ones thta sell them in mass production underground.
Laffy
Okayyy finally I found a thread thats about this sorta stuff. I've always downloaded my music from iTunes but I have a 80 GB iPod and quite honeslty I'm sick of paying for my music. :yuckky: At a buck a song it kills me to think about the accumilation of money I've spent on freaking songs and I feel guilty knowing that my parents are paying for all this stuff So I've been on the market for a good place to download music from but I'm very iffy because I really don't want to get viruses. Everyone I know has Lime Wire but they all say that it gives you viruses like crazy and someone else told me about Bearshare Lite but on the site it says that it doesn't work for iPods... So I'm hardcore confused and suspicious and on top of that I'm clinically retarded when it comes to computers. If anyone is nice, patient and will to help me, please reply
