It’s a very small village in the countryside in Switzerland.” Growing up in Lüterkofen, a small Swiss village, the fashion world seemed very far away to Furrer, who was more interested in horses, dancing and heavy metal. But one day, her grandfather sent some pictures of his granddaughter to an agency in Zürich. And voilà – ”I went straight to Paris after that”, says Furrer. However, she had to wait a while for the big break on the high fashion scene. But when it came, in the Autumn 2014 season to be exact, Furrer was suddenly everywhere. That year, she appeared on over 45 international catwalks, starred in editorials in Vogue Paris and Vogue Italia, and landed prestigious campaigns and lookbook shoots.
