She probably has a full-time/maybe part time style advisor who tells her how to dress when attending media events etc so that she always looks at her best. If you compare these events and catwalk shows to her ordinary candids walking down the street then there are major differences. But hey, I'm not saying she isn't hot when she goes to the shops!
