Seal will be on Tavis Smiley (PBS) on Wednesday (Nov 28) talking about his new album and, I'm sure, his wife and family. And I don't think Tavis Smiley is affected by the writer's strike that kept Heidi off of Conan O'Brien a few weeks ago.

Also, Heidi and all of the VS Angels guest star on How I Met Your Mother on Monday (Nov 26).
