Unfortunately I am also and idiot so I can only explain like an idiot. My computer came with a program called "grab" which allows me to take pictures of anything on my screen except DVD movies. Now I don't know if your computer comes with such a program but I would bet that it does. But if it doesn't you could download them off the internet... programs such as this one http://www.techsmith.com/screen-capture.asp But if you google "screen capture software" you should find something suitable. http://youtu.be/O1vJEwcqIs0
