To be very technical : skin is changing, stretching, depending on freshness, humidity, touch, excitation ... And if you add moves, gravity, ... That's why they change so much during the photoshoot. I personally have never seen any that change so much in different situations, but I guess others have. Bigger ones have never been my thing, so maybe that's why.
