You can feel it here in the slower afternoons...a book in hand, quiet conversations on the sand, a game played just for the fun of it, or just lying back and listening to the breeze. There’s something really powerful about giving ourselves permission to do less and feel more. This retreat has been such a reminder that rest is productive. That connection doesn’t have to be loud or fast. And that making space to just be — no agenda — is often what we need most.
