I've seen Charlotte Dobbs in Nair and she's blonde, but its probably not her .

There was an American girl doing sort of the same commerical sitting on her boyfriend's shoulders and having her legs caressed by her boyfriend as she was being carried. I wish they asked me to carry the girls!
