We've gone round and round about this before on the implant thread. I don't know why you have to be a jerk about it every time it's brought up. EVERY woman is different when it comes to implants. They are not all the same on every woman. Some look and feel more fake, some don't. I was blessed with a great surgeon and I'm glad they came out so nicely.A lot of that also depends on how much fat you had on your breasts before the surgery too. The smaller you start out and the larger you go the more you look like a flotation device
