She is of Dutch, Irish, Korean and Native American descent. She is a former cheerleader for the Lakers. Engaged to actor and singer Eric Balfour (April 24, 2005). Ranked as #99 in Maxim magazine Hot 100 of 2005 list, and was later ranked #53 in 2006 Bloodgood is currently starring alongside Taye Diggs in the American Broadcasting Company's (ABC) series Day Break.
