Charlotte Ross (born January 21, 1968) is an Emmy-nominated American actress. She is perhaps most widely known as a cast member of NYPD Blue from 2001 to 2004. She also appeared on Days of Our Lives as Eve Baron Donovan from 1987 to 1991; her work on the soap opera led to two Emmy nominations.
